Many believe that life can possibly exist once more on Mars. In order for life to exist on Mars, it needs suitable amounts of Methane and recently in 2004, methane was found in small quantities. A theory that might explain the Mars methane: volcanic activity or the action of methanogens (bacteria that give off methane) in the Martian soil allows the possibility of life flourishing in the years to come.
